08:45 AM: I’m up. There’s lots of blue sky this morning. Looks like we’ll get lots of sustained sunshine and warmth today. 
10:00 AM: Facebooked and thought about the conversation I had last night with [Judy]. It’s sure nice to be back in touch with her after all this time.
01:00 PM: Created audio journal episode AJE-2010-05-20-11-55. Had to journal about getting back in contact with [Judy] again after going on thirteen years.
04:20 PM: Watched today’s episodes of The Young and the Restless and Dr. Phil.
05:20 PM: Took copious notes from audio journal episode AJE-2010-05-07-19-30. Should make for an interesting piece; though I have no idea what the “thrust” or central theme of it will be just yet. The next step is to type these notes into a coherent post. I’ll get to this tomorrow.
07:30 PM: Cooked two t-bone steaks and fried up some peppers and onions in extra virgin olive oil for supper. Yum. Dishes are washed and put away, and our bellies our very full; til tomorrow I hope.
09:45 PM: Watched yesterday’s episode of KDKA TV’s 5:00 PM Local News.
11:10 PM: Watched tonight’s episodes of NBC’s Nightly News and CNN’s AC 360.
