- 03:20 PM: 2 cups orange juice. 220 calories.
- 03:50 PM: 1 cup almonds. 680 calories.
- 07:00 PM: Salad. 600 calories.
- 07:15 PM: Steak sandwich. 600 calories.
Total calories: 2100.
