- Herbal tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 01:30 PM: 1/2 cup almonds. 340 calories.
- 03:30 PM: 2 cups fat free milk. 160 calories.
- 04:00 PM: Almonds. 1020 calories.
- 04:10 PM: Multivitamin.
- 06:00 PM: 1 bowl of cherries. 300 calories.
- 09:10 PM: 3 slices of muenster cheese. 240 calories.
- 12:00 AM: 1/2 cup raisins. 260 calories.
Total calories: 2320.
