- 01:30 PM: Almonds. 300 calories.
- 04:30 PM: 1 banana. 125 calories.
- 07:00 PM: Beef chuck roast and vegetables. 1000 calories.
- 11:00 PM: 1 banana. 125 calories.
Total calories: 1550.
