Mom’s Status: 2010-06-24
02:00 PM: Mom is heading to her doctor; complaining of extreme shortness of breath. She can barely take ten steps without becoming winded. Hopefully he’ll be able to tell us what’s going on.
05:39 PM: Mom just left for the hospital; experiencing severe shortness of breath. They want to run tests over the next couple days to figure out why. So they’re admitting her through the weekend, and hopefully this will turn out to be nothing more severe than the chronic heart failure she’s suffered the past several years. To Mom: Take care, and we’ll come see you tomorrow. Love you.
11:30 PM: Just heard from Mom. She’s feeling better but they’ve not yet run any tests. We should know more tomorrow.
