I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat. It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

- 01:00 PM: 3/4 cup raisins. 390 calories.
- 04:30 PM: 16 Oz. T-Bone steak. 870 calories.
- 04:30 PM: Peppers, onions, and mushrooms fried up in extra virgin olive oil. 150.
- 07:00 PM: Multivitamin. 0 calories.
Total calories: 1410.
