- 12:50 PM: 1/4 cup raisins. 130 calories.
- 03:15 PM: 6 slices of muenster cheese. 480 calories.
- 03:20 PM: Multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 05:00 PM: 1 bowl oatmeal with Parmesan cheese. 500 calories.
- 07:50 PM: 2 monster Slim Jim beef sticks. 590 calories.
- 07:55 PM: 1 cup orange juice. 110 calories.
- 08:45 PM: 3/4 cup raisins. 390 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios and skim milk. 400 calories.
Total calories: 2600.
