Today’s Diet: 2010-08-08
I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat. It seems to work, so here we go with another day…
Today, I consumed the following items:
- Diet pop and herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 08:25 AM: 1 cup of decaffeinated coffee with half & half. 100 calories.
- 08:25 AM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
- 08:25 AM: 2 slices of buttered toast. 240 calories.
- 08:35 AM: 3 eggs. 300 calories.
- 08:35 AM: 4 slices of bacon. 400 calories.
- 05:30 PM: Chicken and rice dish at hospital while visiting Mom. 300 calories.
- 06:00 PM: 1 vanilla shake from McDonnald’s. 390 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios cereal with blueberries, raisins, and skim milk. 500 calories.
Total calories: 2450.
