- 12:00 PM: Pork roast and vegetables. 600 calories.
- 02:45 PM: 1 bag of popcorn with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and oregano. 400 calories.
- 04:00 PM: 4 slices of muenster cheese. 320 calories.
- 06:00 PM: 1 large bowl of Cheerios, blueberries, raisins, and fat-free milk. 800 calories.
- 06:10 PM: 1 multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1 banana. 125 calories.
- 11:15 PM: 4 slices of muenster cheese. 320 calories.
Total calories: 2565.
