Today, I consumed the following items:
- Herbal tea and diet pop throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 10:00 AM: 1 banana. 125 calories.
- 12:00 PM: 1 large bowl of pork roast and vegetables. 600 calories.
- 02:30 PM: 2 bags of popcorn with olive oil. 800 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 bowl of orange-flavored cream cheese Jello. 400 calories.
- 09:30 PM: 1 bowl of broccoli with olive oil. 200 calories.
Total calories: 2125.
