Today’s Diet: 2010-10-09
I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat. It seems to work, so here we go with another day…
Today, I consumed the following items:
- Herbal tea and diet pop throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 01:00 PM: Steak burger with mushrooms. 900 calories.
- 01:05 PM: French fries. 400 calories.
- 01:15 PM: Vanilla milk shake. 500 calories.
- 07:30 PM: 1 large bowl of Cheerios, raisins, and skim milk. 800 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
Total calories: 2820.

Well looks like you did eat something last night. I know that you wanted to go the rest of the evening without eating anything. Well you can’t help it if you were hungry. Well sounds like your Steak and Shake meal was wonderful. I’m sorry that I didn’t have any.

Yes. I ended up getting hungry later. Though I full well intended not to eat anything else, you know what they say about good intensions.
