Today’s Activities
- Shower. DONE.
- Cat duty. DONE.
- Make sure all of Mom’s borrowed books have been returned to the library. IN PROGRESS. All have been returned except one, and Mom says that this one is lost. I’ll follow up with the library to see how they wish to handle this.
- Do all pending laundry (1 load of whites). IN PROGRESS.

08:45 AM: I’m up.
10:30 AM: Started this week’s laundry.
01:15 PM: [Tad] called to remind me about sending the money for the braille printer repairs to the school. Good thing. I’d forgotten about that.
01:40 PM: Sent check for $1000 to WPSBC on behalf of the WPSBC Alumni Association, for braille printer repairs.
01:45 PM: Heading out now with sister Mary Ann to visit Mom and to do a little shopping. Back later.
07:05 PM: I’m back home again. We had a very nice time today with Mom. We wheeled her out to her favorite Texas hot dogs restaurant and she, sister Mary Ann, and myself enjoyed dinner there together.
09:00 PM: Posted the Mom’s Status: 2010-10-20 piece.
11:15 PM: Talked with [Emmy] on the phone. We just kept each other company for an hour or so.
11:30 PM: I’m off to bed. So good night. More tomorrow.

- New credit card for Mom to replace her soon-to-expire one.
- The 2011 medical insurance handbook from my carrier.
- Consumer Reports magazine; the 2010-10 edition.
