08:05 AM: Leaving to visit Mom today and help her move into an assisted living suite for a few days. Back later.
01:15 PM: I’m back home again.
03:30 PM: Watched today’s episodes of The Young and the Restless on the DVR.
05:00 PM: Watched yesterday’s and today’s episodes of Dr. Phil. on the DVR.
05:05 PM: Heading out now for some supper with sister Mary Ann and her daughters. Back later.
06:45 PM: I’m back home again. We were going to move some furniture around in preps for Mom’s return home, but decided not to do it now. Instead, we’ll wait until this weekend when, hopefully, the weather is a little drier. We showed my nieces some of the many family pictures that Mom and her parents have taken through the years. They were curious about the characters in them; both living and deceased.

10:30 PM: Talked with sister Christine to update her on Mom’s status. What would I do without my phone?
11:05 PM: Talked with [Emmy] as well about each of our days today. I love these nightly, light-hearted conversations.
11:30 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of NBC’s Nightly News on the DVR.
11:35 PM: Bed time. More tomorrow.
