Today, I consumed the following items:

- 10:00 AM: 2 mugs of decaffeinated coffee with half & half. 300 calories.
- 11:30 AM: 2 mugs of decaffeinated coffee with half & half. 300 calories.
- 03:30 PM: 2 mugs of decaffeinated coffee with half & half. 300 calories.
- 05:00 PM: Pork roast, carrots, and onions. 600 calories.
- 05:15 PM: 1 multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 09:00PM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
- 11:00 PM: 1 cup of orange juice. 110 calories.
Total calories: 1830.
