I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat. It seems to work, so here we go with another day…
Today, I consumed the following items:
- Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 11:30 AM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
- 12:30 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with skim milk, raisins, and blueberries. 500 calories.
- 02:15 PM: 1 cup of apple cider. 100 calories.
- 02:30 PM: Potato chips and dip. 500 calories.
- 02:20 PM: 2 clementines. 80 calories.
- 03:30 PM: 1 slice of pumpkin cheese cake. 300 calories.
- 09:45 PM: 2 pumpernickel grilled cheese sandwiches. 1000 calories.
- 11:00 PM: 1 cup of cranberry juice. 100 calories.
Total calories: 2800.
