- 12:00 PM: 1 cup of orange juice. 110 calories.
- 02:00 PM: Beef and whole grain soup. 500 calories.
- 06:00 PM: 1 bowl of New England clam chowder. 650 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 1 cup of apple cider. 100 calories.
- 09:10 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with skim milk, half & half, and raisins. 650 calories.
Total calories: 2010.
