Today’s Diet: 2011-01-09

I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.    It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Today’s weight: 183.5 pounds; up 1.5 pounds from yesterday.

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 11:00 AM: 2 cups of orange juice.  220 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 1 cup of pomegranate blueberry juice.  50 calories.
  • 03:05 PM: 1 and a half chicken and veggie sub.  1500 calories.
  • 03:15 PM: 2 cups of pomegranate blueberry juice.  100 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 2 clementines.  80 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 2 bananas.  250 calories.
  • 12:00 AM: 1 large bowl of Cheerios with raisins and skim milk.  1000 calories.

Total calories: 3200.
