08:45 AM: I’m up. Today, I plan on processing the rest of the back email that’s filled my inbox over the holidays. I’ll also contnue the investigation of a blowing circuit breaker that feeds our roof de-icing heaters, per the Roof De Icing Heater Failure: 2011-01-09 project.
09:25 AM Cleared all but 20 of the pending email messages. Fortunately, none required any more action than just skimming them and reading the whole message at times.
12:00 PM: All but one pending email has been processed and filed or deleted. This last one, from Amazon.com, contains a link to their top 100 best-selling MP3 songs of 2010. I want to compare this list with what I already have in my library, and download any that I do not already own.
01:15 PM: I’ve downloaded 20 out of Amazon’s best-of-2010 list. I had all the rest already. Processing those now.
02:15 PM: Finished adding today’s Amazon best of 2010 list to the music library. Now, I’m off to continue working the Roof De Icing Heater Failure: 2011-01-09 project.
06:45 PM: Watched today’s episodes of The Young and the Restless and Dr. Phil (the I’m Afraid Of My Husband episode) on the DVR.
07:55 PM: Watched the 2010-12-24, 2010-12-25, and 2010-12-26 episodes of NBC’s Nightly News news show on the DVR.
10:00 PM: Watched the CNN Black In America documentary: All Mighty Debt on the DVR, that in October, 2010.
11:00 PM: Watched tonight’s rerun episode of Hawaii Five-0 with [Emmy].
11:35 PM: 14 degrees just outside the door here tonight. Brrrrrr!
