Today’s Diet: 2011-01-10

I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.    It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Today’s weight: 185 pounds; up 1.5 pounds from yesterday.

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 05:00 PM: 1 can of fish steaks.  200 calories.
  • 05:05 PM:  2 bananas.  250 calories.
  • 05:10 PM: 2 cups of skim milk.  160 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 2 bananas.  250 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 1 cup of skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 3 cups of Cheerios.  300 calories.
  • 09:30 PM: 1 cup of orange juice.  110 calories.
  • 10:45 PM: 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.  200 calories.

Total calories: 1550.
