Today’s Diet: 2011-01-15

I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.    It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Today’s weight: 182.0 pounds; unchanged from yesterday.  2011 year low so far: 180.5 pounds. The high weight for 2011: 183.5 pounds.

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 1 large bowl of Cheerios with skim milk and 2 bananas.  700 calories.
  • 01:20 PM: Peanut butter pretzel nuggets.  700 calories.
  • 02:40 PM: 2 cups of pomegranate blueberry juice.  100 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 12 Oz. blueberries.  180 calories.
  • 08:05 PM: 3/4 cup of raisins.  390 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 2 cups of skim milk.  160 calories.
  • 10:15 PM: 2 slices of pumpernickel toast with margarine.  300 calories.
  • 10:20 PM: 2 clementines.  80 calories.

Total calories: 2610.
