- 01:00 PM: 1 multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 03:45 PM: 1 small bowl of ham & bean soup. 400 calories.
- 03:50 PM: 1 cup of Trop50 blueberry pomegranate juice. 50 calories.
- 05:15 PM: 3 small bananas. 350 calories.
- 05:15 PM: 2 cups of Cheerios. 200 calories.
- 05:15 PM: 2 cups of fat free (skim) milk. 160 calories.
- 07:30 PM: 1 cup of orange juice. 110 calories.
- 10:15 PM: 2 bags of popcorn with Parmesan cheese. 700 calories.
- 03:50 PM: 1 cup of Trop50 blueberry pomegranate juice. 50 calories.
