Today’s weight: 180.0 pounds. That’s up a half a pound from yesterday. The 2011 year low weight so far: 177.5 pounds. The high weight: 183.5 pounds.

- Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 12:35 PM: 1 small bag of popcorn. 150 calories.
- 03:30 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with raisins and almond drink. 600 calories.
- 03:35 PM: 2 cups of V8 vegetable juice. 100 calories.
- 06:30 PM: 2 pork tenderloins. 520 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 cup of orange juice. 110 calories.
- 08:05 PM: 2 slices of pumpernickel rye toast with margarine. 300 calories.
- 10:45 PM: 1 cup of Trop50 blueberry pomegranate juice. 50 calories.
Total calories: 1830.
