- 08:30 AM: 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. 600 calories.
- 02:30 PM: 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. 600 calories.
- 03:00 PM: 2 cups of blueberry pomegranate juice. 100 calories.
- 04:40 PM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
- 06:00 PM: 8 Oz. eye steak. 600 calories.
- 06:00 PM: 1 small can of mushrooms. 20 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with skim milk, raisins, and blueberries. 600 calories.
Total calories: 2740.
