Today’s Diet: 2011-02-26
I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat. It seems to work, so here we go with another day…
Today’s weight: 181.0 pounds. That’s unchanged from yesterday. The 2011 year low weight so far: 177.5 pounds. The high weight: 184.0 pounds.
Today, I consumed the following items:
- Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 12:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with blueberries, raisins, and organic skim milk. 500 calories.
- 03:15 PM: 3 slices of pumpernickel toast with margarine. 450 calories.
- 03:25 PM: 2 cups of Trop50 pineapple mango juice. 100 calories.
- 06:00 PM: Oreo cookies. 800 calories.
- 07:30 PM: 1 large vanilla ice cream cone from The Meadows. 400 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 1 bag of spearmint leaves candy. 600 calories. I’m going to climb back onto the no-sugar wagon on March 1st, 2011. In the meantime, I’m indulging a little.
Total calories: 2850.
