- 01:55 PM: 1 can of Campbell’s cream of chicken soup and skim milk. 300 calories.
- 02:00 PM: 1 New York strip steak (12 ounce). 675 calories.
- 02:15 PM: 2 cups of Genesis Today Acai Light juice with coconut water. 160 calories.
- 07:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with blueberries, raisins, and organic skim milk. 600 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1 bowl of oat meal with Parmesan cheese. 400 calories.
- 10:10 PM: 2 cups of Genesis Today Acai Light juice with coconut water. 160 calories.
- 11:00 PM: 1 serving of Greek yogurt. 150 calories.
