- 09:10 AM: 1 McDonalds Hash Brown. 150 calories.
- 11:30 AM: 2 large Dunkin’ Donuts decaffeinated coffees. 300 calories.
- 02:00 PM: 1 foot-long Sheetz chicken MTO sub. 800 calories.
- 03:00 PM: 2 cups of Trop50 pomegranate blueberry juice. 100 calories.
- 07:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with bananas, blueberries, and organic skim milk. 500 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 2 cups of Trop50 pomegranate blueberry juice. 100 calories.
- 10:10 PM: 1 can of prepared Campbell’s cream of chicken soup. 300 calories.
