- 12:10 PM: 2 slices of pumpernickel bread. 200 calories.
- 03:15 PM; 2 cups of Trop40 pomegranate blueberry juice. 100 calories.
- 05:15 PM: 4 Reese’s Big Cup peanut butter cups. 800 calories.
- 09:45 PM: 1.5 cups of oatmeal. 450 calories.
- 09:45 PM: Blueberries. 90 calories.
- 09:45 PM: 0.5 cups of raisins. 260 calories.
