- 03:00 PM: 1 serving of Danon Greek yogurt. 110 calories.
- 05:00 PM: 2 slices of ham. 300 calories.
- 05:05 PM: 1 serving of green bean casserole. 100 calories.
- 05:10 PM: 1 corn muffin. 150 calories.
- 05:10 PM: 2 scoops of mashed potatoes and gravy. 300 calories.
- 05:15 PM: 3 scoups of pineapple soufle’. 300 calories.
