- 01:00 PM: 1 small bowl of Cheerios, a banana, and organic skim milk. 300 calories.
- 03:15 PM: 1 cup of orange juice. 110 calories.
- 05:15 PM: 1 bowl of popcorn with basil, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. 400 calories.
- 05:25 PM: 1 banana. 125 calories.
- 07:30 PM: 1 small bowl of Cheerios with blueberries and organic skim milk. 300 calories.
- 09:30 PM: 1 bowl of strawberry banana cream cheese Jello. 300 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1 serving of Greek yogurt. 140 calories.
