- 06:00 PM: 1 small bowl of Cheerios with a banana and organic fat free milk. 300 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 cup of Trop50 pomegranate blueberry juice. 50 calories.
- 09:10 PM: 1 cup of orange juice. 110 calories.
- 10:05 PM: 1 cups of organic skim milk. 80 calories.
- 10:20 PM: 1 bowl of strawberry banana cream cheese Jello. 300 calories.
