Today’s weight: 180.5 pounds. That’s unchanged from yesterday, probably due to that steak I ate for lunch. The 2011 year low weight so far: 177.5 pounds. The high weight is 185.5 pounds (established on 2011-04-13).
Today, I consumed the following items:
- Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 02:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with blackberries. 400 calories.
- 03:45 PM: 2 English muffins with margarine. 340 calories.
- 08:15 PM: 1 cup of Trop50 blueberry pomegranate juice. 50 calories.
- 08:20 PM: 2 servings of Greek yogurt. 300 calories.
- 11:15 PM: 3 slices of American cheese. 240 calories.
Total calories: 1330.
