05:00 AM: I’m up.
05:20 AM: Reviewed the daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count broke the record again yesterday. It now stands at 1023; up from 998! Wow, what a fight it’s been to get this number up over 1000. But we made it! Next goal: 1500.
06:30 AM: Posted the Tom’s Views –> Finding True Love Gives Lasting Pleasure piece.
07:45 AM: Leaving now to pick up the copies for the deed to Mom’s house from the county courthouse, visit Mom, and visit [Emmy] in Pittsburgh. Back late this afternoon.
08:30 AM: We got right in and right out of the courthouse because the crowds were light. Had we come a half-hour later the guard told us, we would have experienced much longer wait times. But as it was, we spent all of ten minutes in there.
09:15 AM: We visited Mom for ten minutes or so and gave the deed papers and funeral arrangements documents to the nursing home staff.
09:40AM: Then, we cruised by Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee, and picked up nephew Trey and brother-in-law Ken where Trey works. NOw, we’re off to Pittsburgh.
11:45 AM: We arrived at [Emmy's]. They dropped me off while they headed to a tour at Pitt university. Trey is considering attending there this fall.
12:20 PM: Fixed [Emmy's] WiFi router. The router appeared to be issuing IP addresses in the automatic private IP address range (addresses that began with 169.254.*.* instead of 192.168.*.*). I’m not sure what caused this and I had no idea how to fix it except to reset the router (pushed and held the reset button while powering the router off and then back on after thirty seconds). This restored normal addressing, and solved the problem that [Emmy's] Internet radio stopped working. *Phew!*
01:20 PM: Then we went to our favorite Indian restaurant for lunch. Had lots of nan, chicken, spinach, chutney, and desert. Delicious.
02:20 PM: Sister Jojo, husband Ken, and son Trey returned to pick me up. Now, we’re headed ome.
05:10 PM: I’m home now, after we dropped Trey off at work.
05:20 PM: Nap time. Back later.
06:30 PM: I’m awake again.
07:20 PM: Leaving now for walk 18 of 100 in 2011. Yep, to the cemetery again. Back later.
08:10 PM: I’m back.
10:00 PM: Worked on writing content for upcoming blog posts.
11:00 PM: Talked with [Emmy].
12:10 AM: Reviewed the daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count broke the record again, and now stands at 1028! Wow, what a fight it’s been to get this number up to 1000. It’s finally happened! Now, the new goal is 1500.
01:00 AM: Watched today’s episodes of The Young and the Restless and NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
01:25 AM: Headed to bed. I’m bushed. More later. Good night.

- Copy of the second check I wrote to Mom’s funeral home this week, to finalize her funeral arrangements.

- Receipt for complete paying off of Mom’s home equity loan. Nice!
