09:40 AM: Posted the Tom’s Views –> Tough Love Fails Drug Addicts piece.
11:00 AM: Leaving now to visit Mom. Back later.
11:50 AM: Gave the nursing home copies of Mom’s birth certificate, social security card, and proof that we’ve paid off her home equity loan. This means that all the required papers and forms have now been submitted, and that Mom’s application for Medical Assistance coverage at the nursing home can now move forward.
03:25 PM: I’m back home.
03:45 PM: Nap time.
05:15 PM: I’m awake again.
06:00 PM: Watched the 2011-04-20 episode of Dr. Phil via the DVR, called Nasty Divorces.
06:50 PM: Watched the 2011-05-22 (last night’s) episode of NBC’s Nightly News broadcast via the DVR.
07:00 PM: Leaving now for walk 19 of 100 in 2011, to the cemetery. Back later.
07:55 PM: I’ve returned from my 50-minute evening constitutional to the south cemetery (Logan Valley Cemetery). Not a cloud in the ski and temperatures are hovering around 75 degrees. Beautiful, beautiful evening for a walk.
09:10 PM: Posted the Tom’s Views –> Blood Favoritism In Foster Care System piece.
10:00 PM: Put old power supply back in customer’s PC. The new power supply did not restore proper operation. Something appears to have gone wrong on the motherboard for her, as the power supply pilot light, lights up normally as long as you do not plug the 24-pin connector in. Looks like a short has developed somewhere on the motherboard. So I’ll not be able to repair this one.
11:00 PM: Talked to [Emmy].
12:00 PM: Watched some Misc. TV.
12:10 AM: Reviewed the daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count broke the record again, and now stands at 1070; up 27 from 1043! Awesome! Next goal: 1500.
12:15 AM: Time for bed. More tomorrow. Good night and take care.
