- 03:00 PM: Cheerios with a banana and organic skim milk. 300 calories.
- 05:30 PM: 2 servings of lite apple sauce. 100 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 bowl of cherries. 300 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 8 Gorton’s fish fillets. 1000 calories.
- 09:30 PM: 2 servings of black cherry and blueberry Greek yogurt. 300 calories.
- 11:15 PM: 2 cups of organic fat free milk. 160 calories.
Total calories: 2160.
