- 01:00 PM: 2 grilled cheese sandwiches on pumpernickel bread with margarine. 800 calories.
- 01:05 PM: 2 servings of lite apple sauce. 100 calories.
- 01:10 PM: 2 cups of organic skim milk. 160 calories.
- 06:30 PM: 1 turkey sub from Sheetz. 600 calories.
- 06:40 PM: 2 servings of black cherry Greek yogurt. 300 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 2 servings of lite apple sauce. 100 calories.
- 10:20 PM: 2 cups of organic skim milk. 160 calories.
- 12:15 AM: 2 slices of American cheese. 160 calories.
Total calories: 2530.
