06:30 AM: I’m up.
08:30 AM: Confirmed that my ride has indeed been scheduled to meet [Emmy] at the Altoona transit center later this week. They pushed back a little because they didn’t like that she was only riding one way (home from the train station and not back as well). Oh well. I have to keep that in mind and arrange other transportation for [Emmy] during her next visit.
11:30 AM: Facebooked for a bit. Friend count: 560. Fan count: 111.
11:55 AM: Vacuumed the first floor and worked the laundry throughout this morning.
12:00 PM: Cooked some sloppy Joes for lunch.
04:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
05:00 PM: All laundry is finished and I have Mom’s basket of clean clothes packed. I’ll take it to her when I go to pick up [Emmy] later this week.
06:05 PM: Posted the Tom’s Views –> iPod 6th Generation Nano Review piece.
06:55 PM: Leaving now for walk 45 of 100 for 2011, again to the south cemetery. Back later.
07:55 PM: I’m back. Brisk walk it was, as per usual, lined with small winds, temperatures at around 85 degrees, and mostly sunny. This is about as late as I should be getting home from these walks because they days are getting shorter now and it would have been too dark for me to safely navigate had I gotten back 15 minutes later. So, to accommodate the shorter days, I’ll gradually pull back my evening walking times and leave a bit earlier each day. I like finishing just after the sun has gone down. This allows me to enjoy the sun throughout most of the walk without getting very much ultraviolet exposure given the lateness of the hour.
09:00 PM: Watched tonight’s episodes of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
11:00 PM: Watched tonight’s rerun episode of Hawaii Five-0 with [Emmy].
11:00 PM: Talked with [Emmy] via the cordless phone from the upstairs bedroom. She’s packing and getting ready to come visit me later this week.
12:05 AM: Reviewed the daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count dropped, and now stands at 1584; down from 1587 the last time I checked. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
12:35 AM: Bed time. More tomorrow. Good night.
