07:00 AM: Awakened by a slow-moving thunderstorm. I love the rain but was startled when the flashes and boomers intruded into my bedroom; even though I had the windows closed, the blinds pulled all the way down, and the curtains drawn completely shut. But it’s beginning to calm down. So I believe I’ll try for another hour or two or sleep. Back later.
09:10 AM: I’m up. It’s raining gently right now, with temperatures in the upper 60s.
10:40 AM: Facebooked for an hour and got caught up on my blogs.
11:30 AM: Made a big batch of buckwheat pancakes for breakfast. These things taste SO good; particularly when served with pure maple syrup.
02:45 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
03:00 PM: Nap time. Back later.
04:00 PM: We’re up and awaiting our transportation to the train station. [Emmy] is returning home today.
04:15 PM: Leaving now for the train station. Back later.
05:30 PM: The westbound train arrived at 5:30 PM; a bit behind schedule. Normally, I help [Emmy] to get on-board. But this time, perhaps due to the lateness of the train, the conductors said that they’d help her to her seat. Then, I watched as the train lurched a bit and began moving away, before I myself walked back up over the bridge to the terminal to meet my ride home. I miss [Emmy] already.
06:05 PM: I’m back home.
06:30 PM: Friend Mary Kay, the person who drove us to the train, also brought me home, and we sat in her car for roughly 25 minutes, conversing. We may drive to a local furniture store in the next week to shop for a couple of outdoor glider rocking chairs for the east porch here. I love rocking. So it’s curious that no one ever suggested that I’m autistic. That would have been great fodder for the bullies in 3rd grade. 
06:45 PM: Leaving now for walk 58 of 100 in 2011, to the south cemetery again. Back later.
07:50 PM: I’m back home. Mostly sunny with temps in the upper 70s to low 80s. Warm. But nice.
10:00 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
11:55 PM: Facebooked at various times throughout today. Friend count: 564. Fan count: 111.
12:05 AM: Reviewed the daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count dropped again, and currently stands at 1418; down from 1421 the last time I checked. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
12:10 AM: Bed time. More tomorrow. Good night.
