- 09:30 AM: 1 tablespoon of Metamucil in water. 60 calories.
- 12:45 PM: 2 chicken burritos. 800 calories.
- 05:00 PM: 1 sliced cucumber with Parmesan cheese and olive oil. 300 calories.
- 06:00 PM: 1 multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of maple syrup, and 1/2 cup of skim milk. 800 calories.
- 09:15 PM: 1 tablespoon of Metamucil in water. 60 calories.
- 11:00 PM: 2 servings of cinnamon apple sauce. 100 calories.
