07:30 AM: I’m up.
08:00 AM: Facebooked a bit. Friend count: 579 (up one). Fan count: 111 (unchanged).
09:30 AM: Leaving now for my followup doctor’s appointment regarding my recently-elevated blood pressure. Back later.
11:30 AM: I’m home. The doctor said that no blood pressure medicines are necessary at this time, as my readings over the past week were within normal (or at least, only pre hypertensive) ranges. She suggested I lose ten to fifteen pounds, step up my exercising a bit, and avoid excessive salt.
03:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
05:45 PM: Leaving now for walk 78 of 100 for 2011, again, to the south cemetery. Back in an hour.
06:45 PM: I’m back. The temperature was 71 degrees, partly sunny, little wind, and dry, with the exception of a few mud puddles around. Summer is still holding on but I’m looking forward to fall.
09:00 PM: Throughout today, I’ve been organizing the first floor office space. This past weekend’s distribution among family members of some of Mom’s things left this room a bit disorderly. But I’ve found locations for my items that were left “homeless” due to the removal of the jelly cabinet
11:00 PM: Talked with [Emmy].
11:30 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
12:05 AM: Reviewed the daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count rose this time, and currently stands at 1080; up from 1074 at last check. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
12:10 AM: Bed time. More tomorrow. Good night.
