- 09:45 AM: 5 buckwheat pancakes with pure maple syrup. 1500 calories.
- 03:15 PM: 1 sharing sized bag of peanut M & Ms. 480 calories.
- 08:45 PM: 1.5 cupf of oatmeal with Parmesan cheese. 600 calories.
