- 06:30 PM: 1 bowl of ham and bean soup. 600 calories.
- 07:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with maple syrup and organic skim milk. 700 calories.
- 09:30 PM: 1 heaping tablespoon of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control. 60 calories.
