09:05 AM: Facebooked for a bit. Friend count: 594 (unchanged). Fan count: 112 (unchanged).
09:10 AM: Practically all the swelling and pain are gone from my right heel; an injury I received last weekend on my treadmill. Hopefully iu another couple days, I’ll be able to resume my by- and tri-daily workouts.
11:00 AM: Filed all papers here in the office.
12:20 PM: Applied for and received a new employer identification number from the IRS for the WPSBC Alumni Association. We need this to complete the opening of our new business checking account as well as to claim tax exempt status. The information has also been forwarded to our bank.
01:00 PM: Cooked two grilled cheese sandwiches on my new Presto griddle. No butter or margarine needed as the surface is non stick. So that saves significant calories and makes cleanup a cinch.
05:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
06:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of Dr. Phil, called Grandmas Feud Over Becca’s Baby.
06:15 PM: Nap time. Back later.
07:30 PM: I’m awake again.
08:10 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
11:00 PM: Talked with [Emmy].
12:05 AM: The daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count rose this time, and currently stands at 1009, which is up from 1008 at last check. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
12:10 AM: Headed for bed. More tomorrow. Good night.
