Today’s Diet: 2011-10-25

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.    It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Today’s weight: 176.0 pounds.  That’s unchanged from yesterday.  The 2011 year low weight so far: 176.0 pounds (established on 2011-10-24). The high weight is 185.5 pounds (established on 2011-04-13).

  • 09:45 AM: 1 heaping tablespoon of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control.  60 calories.
  • 10:00 AM: 2 cups of Dole orange banana pineapple juice.  280 calories.
  • 11:55 AM: Several pieces of chocolate candy.  500 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 2 soft chicken tacos.  600 calories.
  • 02:00 PM: 1 heaping tablespoon of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control.  60 calories.
  • 04:05 PM: 2 cups of Dole orange banana pineapple juice.  280 calories.
  • 06:15 AM: 2 cups of Dole orange banana pineapple juice.  280 calories.
  • 06:15 PM: 1 multivitamin.  0 calories.
  • 07:00 PM: 1 Sheetz turkey sub with veggies and pesto sauce.  700 calories.
  • 09:30 PM: 1 heaping tablespoon of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control.  60 calories.
  • 09:40 PM: 2 bowls of Cheerios with pure maple syrup and skim milk.  700 calories.
  • 10:30 PM: 2 cups of Dole orange banana pineapple juice.  280 calories.

Total calories: 3800
