- 12:00 PM: 1 extra large Dunkin’ Donuts decaffeinated coffee with cream. 150 calories.
- 03:00 PM: 1 heaping tablespoon of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control. 60 calories.
- 05:30 PM: 1 heaping plate of buckwheat pancakes with pure maple syrup. 1800 calories.
- 05:45 PM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
- 09:30 PM: 2 heaping tablespoons of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control. 120 calories.
