- 12:00 PM: 1 heaping tablespoon of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control. 60 calories.
- 12:05 PM: 2 cups of organic skim milk. 160 calories.
- 12:10 PM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
- 12:10 PM: 2 cups of V8 vegetable juice. 100 calories.
- 04:00 PM: 1 bowl of tuna salad with mayonaise, onions, and pepper. 600 calories.
- 04:10 PM: 1 heaping tablespoon of Metamucil in water for cholesterol control. 60 calories
- 08:00 PM: 2 king-sized Reese’s Fast Break candy bars. 900 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 2 cups of orange juice. 220 calories.
