- 04:30 PM: 2 cups of Genesis Today Cranberry Coji juice. 160 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 bowl of oatmeal with Parmesan cheese. 600 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 2 cups of Acai Berri juice from Genesis Today. 200 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 8 Reese’s Big Cup peanut butter cups. 1600 calories.
