- Cat duty. DONE. Cat duty involves cleaning the litter boxes, bagging the excess, feeding, and house cleaning cat dirt of all types.

07:15 AM: I’m up.
07:30 AM: Facebooked for several minutes. Friend count: 601 (unchanged). Fan count: 114 (unchanged).
07:45 AM: Leaving now to meet [Emmy] at the train station and to visit Mom. I’m taking Mom’s new pants to her. Hopefully, they’ll fit, and, hopefully, she’ll like them. Back later.
09:30 AM: First, I stopped off at Mom’s. She was awake but not out of bed. I showed her the new pants and tops. She indeed liked them but felt that I could have got them for cheaper prices than I did. Well, I’ll know that for next time I shop for her. Leaving now for the train station, as [Emmy's] train is due at 9:51 AM.
01:00 PM: We’re home.
01:25 PM: Nap time. Back later.
03:25 PM: I’m awake again. I felt a yearning for a nap today, I’m convinced, because I got less than eight hours of sleep last night. I did get between seven and seven and a half hours but that appears to be insufficient to keep the afternoon nap longings away. Besides, [Emmy] needed the nap as well, as she’s been awake since 3:25 AM this morning, and she usually does not sleep on the train for fear that she’ll sleep past her stop.
06:00 PM: [Emmy] watched KDKA TV’s local news at 5:00 PM: While I talked with a sound reducing curtains manufacturer in California. I got an estimate of $899 to cover the three windows here in the first floor office den. Wow. Plus, the lady was not too encouraging about her drapes cutting down the motorcycle noise very much. However, she agreed to send me some sample material from which the curtains would be made, so I could give it the ear test, and see for myself just how much attenuation I’m likely to realize.
10:00 PM: Watched some 911 coverage with [Emmy] that I’d recorded for her last September.
11:00 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of Hawaii Five-0 with [Emmy].
11:10 PM: We’re headed to bed. Good night. Come back for more tomorrow.
12:05 AM: The daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count increased this time, and currently stands at 805, up from 801 at last check. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
