- 04:00 PM: Several handfuls of peanuts. 400 calories.
- 06:00 PM: 1 foot-long Sheetz pulled pork sub with veggies. 800 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with Parmesan cheese. 300 calories.
- 09:10 PM: 3 tablespoons of Smucker’s Simply Fruit black raspberry spreadable fruit. 120 calories.
