Today’s Diet: 2011-11-27

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.    It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Weight Log

Today’s weight: 180.0 pounds.  That’s up a pound from yesterday.  The 2011 year low weight so far: 176.0 pounds (established on 2011-10-24). The high weight is 185.5 pounds (established on 2011-04-13).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 11:00 AM: 1 extra large hot chocolate from Sheetz.  500 calories.
  • 02:45 PM: 1 chicken breast, sweet potato casserole, and green bean casserole.  1000 calories.
  • 03:00 PM: 2 small pieces of pumpkin pie with Cool Whip topping.  400 calories.
  • 07:00 PM: 2 turkey sandwiches with mayonnaise.  1000 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 2 cups of orange juice.  220 calories.

Total calories: 3120
