Today’s Diet: 2011-12-01

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.    It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Weight Log

Today’s weight: 180.0 pounds.  That’s unchanged from yesterday.  The 2011 year low weight so far: 176.0 pounds (established on 2011-10-24). The high weight is 185.5 pounds (established on 2011-04-13).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 03:00 PM: 1 Caesar salad from Panera Bread.  220 calories.
  • 03:00 PM: 2 baguettes from Panera Bread.  280 calories.
  • 03:00 PM: 1 bowl of Panera Bread tomato soup with croutons.  290 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 1 cup of orange juice.  110 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 1 serving of Greek yogurt.  150 calories.
  • 10:30 PM: 2 servings of pink grapefruit.  100 calories.
  • 11:00 PM: 1 serving of peaches.  60 calories.

Total calories: 1210
